Shipping & Delivery Policy

**1. Processing & Handling Times**
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
- You will receive another notification with carrier tracking information once your package has officially shipped.

**2. Domestic Shipping Estimates**
- Standard Premium Shipping: 5 to 12 business days.
- Please note that delivery windows are estimates and may occasionally experience minor delays due to carrier volume, sorting facility bottlenecks, or seasonal high demand.

**3. Tracking Your Order**
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from us containing a unique tracking number you can use to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to populate and update on the carrier's portal.
- If you have not received your tracking details within 4 business days of your order confirmation, please reach out to our support team for immediate assistance.

**4. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages**
- Pet And Wells is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can assist you in processing a carrier claim or arranging a replacement.
