Awesome customer service

Bought this for my chicken coop. I was concerned it might be too small for my turkeys but it's perfect. Had a small issue with it well after I purchased it. Raced out to the cellar and customer service was phenomenal. Took care of the issue and they were extremely fast and considerate. What their response is.. highly recommend.

Saves me so much running to let dogs out.

We’ve had this in use a couple of months now. I use it for two forty pound dogs. My overly excited pointer broke the frame fairly quickly - but that was her fault, but the product. I built a box for a sliding door that this goes in. The door is in the lower level and from upstairs I can use the remote to open and close the door. I don’t use the solar panel - just the wall plug. I paired this door with a standard dog door flap on the opposite side of the box I built to keep bugs, wind etc out. The medium dog doors are the same size pet opening as this. I will be buying another for my smaller dogs.

The motor or gears must be plastic because it doesn’t have enough power to open or close the door. Can’t return because it has been installed

Randomly doesn't work.

I bought this so that my ducks would have better protection.When it works, it's great.The screen says touch screen but no place on the screen does anything when touched.So far the only way we can get it to work is with the little remote fob, which works about 1/2 the time. Very frustrating when I spent the amount of money I did.I have never done a bad review on a product before but beware.
