After a month or more of research on cat “toilets”😂 I went with this one. It’s simply made, easy to clean & the app interface is pretty spot on. So far even with my male cat who literally needs to go back in every time it gets cleaned. It works perfectly. Just buy it

It’s a little bigger than I was expecting it to be but most litter machines are this big. Its is effective at sorting out the clumps and sifting it to the storage at the bottom. The outside material is plastic so the texture is a bit hard. I would prefer it in black color. It’s a bit noisy when it is sifting but the cats are not bothered by it. The noise is also momentary.Best part is all the attachments like the lid and wastebasket have magnetic snapons so you don’t have to align or force anything. It just snaps on. This is my first litter machine so I will update after a month of usage.Installation was surprisingly easy for a bulky product and the automation and app make life very easy.

It’s odd to say, but this thing is actually very nice looking. We’ve only had it set up a few days, but so far no issues. The motor seems “maybe” a tad loud, not as in it can’t be heard across the house. More as it might be struggling a bit, but that may just be the sound of the reduction gears. My only concern is where to buy the liners “I reached out to the seller to find out” and how long the litter box actually last. But, for now the build quality is excellent and it looks amazing. The legs are hard wood if you’re wondering.

I use this for my small 7 pound cat and my 14 pound cat. Normally with a traditional litter box I would need to clean it 2 times a day and I got tired of scooping. This litter box has saved so much time and effort from cleaning the box. It normally lasts me 6 days before I get the notification to change the bin. Both cats used it the first day which I wasn't expecting. It also tells you the weight of your cat which is nice since I have different sized cats I can tell how many times each of them get in/ use the litter box. The app alerts you when it's full, but when you get that alert IT IS FULL. You can wait that long if you like, I'd just rather change it before it's a volcano about to explode Now I just have to clean it about once a week. And it's as simple as pulling out the drawer and replacing the bag. Takes about a minute.Finally we no longer have to dig for nuggets in the litter every day and therefore hardly have any litter left in the apartment. It's a huge relief and we don't want to be without the litter box anymore.Everything else about it I love. Solid buy. This is the best, hands down!Best purchase I've made in a while. Highly recommend.

I had high hopes for this litter box and initially it worked well but after about 6 months the back gear started leaking pee out the back onto the floor. I dealt with it and just cleaned it every time. And now the entire bin is leaking. Cat pee is leaking around the edges of the waste bin and under the bin and pooling into the sides of the bin. On top of that it hasn’t sent data to my phone since like month 3.

Stopped Working After 5 Months – Very DisappointedI purchased this product because I’m pregnant and needed a hands-free solution for cleaning the cat litter. Unfortunately, it completely stopped working after just 5 months. I was really counting on this to help during a time when I physically can’t manage litter box duties. For the price, I expected much better reliability. Extremely disappointed.

I really like this litter box, but it does have a few down sides. It will "empty" so many times and tell you it's full. I have mine set to just do it 2 times a day regardless of use and it counts those even though it doesn't drop anything in. It would be nice if they could just go off of the weight of the waist it's holding. Ultimately it's a great machine and it's made things so much nicer with having a fluff ball. I would give 5 stars, but amazon won't let me for some reason.

The good: It is easy to set up and love the idea of the weight feature. The magnetic little bin underneath is genius.The bad: Our unfortunately started smearing poop inside the drum as it cleaned, and we had it set to clean 30min after use to give it time to dry. To pay this price point and still have it smear is not acceptable.

Easy go assembly. Had it for two months and works well. It’s not going to eliminate all odor. You still will need to occasionally clean the interior. But for the price and look, well worth it. It saves me so much time.

I really like the ease of cleaning, but there are big issues. The app kept taking the machine off of kitten mode automatically. I don’t believe the sensor works well, so if the cat were to jump in when the machine is moving, they definitely could get stuck the bag does not all of the, so it was kind of pointless and every time I emptied it I had to clean it out so I am going to return this one. The scale stopped working initially worked great, but then it stopped.

I bought this unit after returning one from another manufacturer. First I'd like to say I think it's easily the most aesthetically pleasing one on the market. Had hopes.I read a single concerning review about the back gear leaking if you cat is a high pee-er. I have a tall boy so this was a concern I wanted to investigate. I see how this is easily possible and thought initially I could just glue a plastic plate on the back to act as a shield. But then I realized that weird door on the back is the machine's safety sensor module. I don't think I'm comfortable using this machine without the sensor because the dump hole could easily become a paw crusher for a curious cat.Unfortunately when I realized this design feature I realized the sensor wasn't working well anyway. I put my hand in and realized the machine wouldn't stop it's motion unless I was almost touching the module. I had to get within an inch before it would register. This is not acceptable. I demonstrated how easily a cat could stick their paw in the dump hole without triggering the safety stop and be in big trouble (don't worry, tested with a pen before my finger). Excessive motion also did not trigger the sensor. This is probably going back. I don't feel comfortable knowing these issues. Luckily I will say the track gives the barrel flexibility to move and allow your cat to free their paw more than likely.Always test this stuff! If these issues could be fixed I'd be really excited about this one. I would suggest to the manufacturer to rethink that sensor for leaks and for safety. It has to work and not be a function flaw. Maybe even a pinch detector right at the dump hole. I've heard of this happening to cats in other machines and I don't think it's impossible with this one. A paw would be stressful enough, but I don't think a cat sticking their head in there would be as manageable of a situation. I'd rather come home to an upside down barrel with poop pinched in the sensor than a trapped cat.

It was easy to set up, however I have 2 issues after having it for 10 days. The scale doesn't work. I messaged Honeyguardian on their customer service site, but haven't received a response. The other issue I noticed is it'll say full and it's not even halfway. More like 1/4 full. Might return it if I don't hear back from Honeyguardian.

I had originally ordered this because I was going on vacation and didn’t want to have to worry about the litter box while I was gone. This was extremely simple to set up and the app is great. It’s pretty heavy so depending on your mobility, you may need assistance setting it up. Very pleased with my purchase.

I've had this for almost a month so far and it has given me nothing but problems. The app constantly alerts that the waste bin is full and therefore wont auto clean but when I check there is little to nothing inside. I have tried multiple litters and while I was finally able to cut down on the smell of urine, everything still gets stuck in the gaps between the housing unit and the rotating basin. And then theres the pools of urine that leak down the legs of the litter box. Its advertised that this litter box should be deep cleaned every couple months but I've had to do it 3 times in 3 weeks! I'm talking full disassembly and deep clean. This was a complete waste of money and time.

I purchased this automatic kitty litter box because of all of its perks. When I first got it home and put it together, the first thing I thought of was Mork and Mindy. LOL! It is extremely easy to put together and set up. The Space inside is large and the bucket for the poop is on the bottom. It is very easy to clean and does not make a mess, except for A little bit when the cat comes out. It also comes with a litter catcher for their feet so that helps. I did have some issues with the computer on it, but when I contacted customer service (Through email) they did right by me and they are working to fix this remotely. They told me this is the first time they’ve had this issue and I have had nothing but good communication. I would definitely recommend this litter box because it’s not only fun but my cat really likes it a lot.

Loved the look, right off. It's cute, modern, unbelieveably easy to set up, and looks like something from the Jetsons. Unfortunately, this is where the good stops. After setting it up, testing, adding the litter, it never stayed in the gear or on the track. I had to physically push on the front of the barrel while it cleaned to ensure it completed its cycle. I reset the system, emptied the litter, rebooted it, but it never went back to its original orientation; it constantly reset itself upside down.Do not buy this product. It is too new and has too many bugs for the company to work out. Once they're able to properly balance this system, beef up the gears and locking track, im sure it'll be a proper automated cat box.

I have five cats in my home. so I always wanted an automatic litter box to help me. After a long time of selection, I chose the new cat litter box of the brand that I have been using the automatic feeder. It is very useful! It saved me two cat litter boxes. I love it very much, and my cats very love it too. The video shows the feeder I bought a few years ago. It is still working well! Thank you!

The poop bucket is under the litter box. It is very easy to access. Nice open at top to refill litter. You can reach inside to clean side wall easily. Very happy with this item. Has special feature if needed, to use backup battery.

But other than that it’s perfect.updated review: Since I have gotten this, I have to say the ease in cleaning and everything is awesome. I wouldn’t use the bags it comes with; now I use a 6gal trash bag and just fold it over the entire catcher bowl for the cleanest experience as I can’t even tell looking at it from another angle. Second, I have an additional cat since purchasing so id say this goes no longer than 3 1/2 days before needing to switch the bag. 4 for 1 cat. Don’t be lazy set up a timer to clean the thing. Third, the catcher mat is okay, I’ve had to turn the litter box entrance towards the wall with the mat in front so the litter could help contain even more without having to purchase a bigger mat (that has worked well but im still considering investing in a larger catcher mat because im OCD). Now to shed light on the auto pause feature with movement, this does not have that. But it DOES have an app with “kitten mode” where it only runs a cycle when you have an eye on the cats that you push a button to run yourself. You can do it through your phone or manually on the box. My cats have been very smart not to jump in the box while it’s moving so. It has been a great investment.

It was a really easy process setting it up, both of my cats took to using it right away and it works as it’s supposed to. I like that you can schedule it to cycle after each use, and also it’s not too loud when cycling. It works great with just regular clumping cat litter. Could not be happier with it so far.
