Durable, Convenient and does its Job

In General:- Very Durable- Stays Cold for hours- Ease of Use- Easy to cleanMy Experience:Purchased this in very early May for my new puppy whom I walk between 8-12 miles a day on hikes and in town.I have dropped this feeder multiple times and from decent heights and onto pavement and stone. I have inadvertently rammed it in to things and it is absolutely fine (does have a few character marks now).It is very conveniently attached to the leash or my belt via carabiner and stays cold all day without any ice(I fill it up about 4-6 times a day with cold water and refrigerate in between uses). It is very simple to operate and not overly bulky. It allows for 2 mid size dogs (25-50lbs.) to drink comfortably from its reservoir. It also has a very good water flow rate which you don’t think about much until you use it.It’s not to fast or slow, it keeps up very well with the rate the dog drinks at but without an overage of wasting the water. It’s also easy to clean and has a 2 way button to recycle water (allows you to feed unused water back into the vessel by holding the button down and tilting back. I wouldn’t do this if using for multiple animals).I’m very pleased. It does exactly what it said it would do for a price I was willing to pay. Go for it.

Big drinking bowl, very convenient!

Love this! I used to have the style that has the drinking bowl connected at the top but that was small and my dog didn't always drink out of it (not sure why). But she loves this one! Not as easy to get the water back into the bottle but that's not a huge deal compared to how much bigger the drinking bowl is.

Very good product. Easy to handle, convenient for traveling. Cons- plastic part gets off very easy, but not easy to reattach.

Must-Have Water Bottle for Dog Walks

When it’s hot, I never leave home without this bottle for my dogs. It keeps the water cool for the entire walk, and the fold-out design makes it easy to dispense. The size is perfect: enough for two dogs on a long walk. I also appreciate that it’s not made of plastic (aside from the cover/cup). The dispense button does occasionally stick, but that might be user error more than a flaw.

Excellent but check first

I have 2 of these. The first one was awesome! No leaks and was perfect. The second one leaked but had not used until past the return date. I would still recommend but check immediately for seal.

You can share

This bottle is perfect for the multi mile hikes I take with my pup. It’s heavy duty and is so smartly designed. Other pup cups must be kept upright or they leak or dispense to mush water that is then wasted when the dog takes two slurps and is done. Because of the dispensing mechanism we actually only take this bottle with us and are able to share. I just take off the cap and have a few slurps myself. (no doggy back wash! )Works great, not to heavy especially when you consider you only need to take this for hound and human. Surprisingly well made for how affordable it is.

okay but not made well

This does keep water cold for your puppy. However, the bottle dents so fast and the cup for the dog to drink out of will break off after 1 use. It is not made well. Very poor craftsmanship. I do wish I never bought this item. I would return it , but I threw out the box it came in so Amazon will not accept it back.

Dog tested, dog approved

Great water bottle. Easy to fill, easy to carry. I love that I can offer just the right amount of water without much going to waste in a collapsible bowl. The shape of the bowl was perfect for the way the dogs lap water, it didn't splash everywhere. I really am extremely pleased with how well it works for long car trips and trail hikes. The dogs love it.

Not Leakproof

Yet another not leakproof water bottle for my dogs that covers my leg drip by drip while we walk. In addition to not actually being leak proof the particular water bottle has another problem for me. It only trickles the water out when you are trying to give the dog/s water. It might be good for small/tiny breed dogs with tiny tongues snd jaws but I have two Rotties and it is incredibly frustrating to both them and myself. I swear it leaks water on my legs quicker than it dispenses it to my dogs. I also don’t like that I have to hold the button in to make it dispense. This means my hand is taking up half the room my dog/s need to get to the trickle of water. Maybe if you like a wet leg, and have tiny dogs, this could be the bottle for you. For me however, I am incredibly disappointed that it is beyond the time I was allotted to return this product.

Not ideal

2 stars because1. It keeps water cold2. The long wide snout allows for my dog to drink without splatteringIt also looks nice, but that doesn't warrant a star because not functional. Now for the cons:1. You can't put the water back in! The great thing about these water bottles is that my dog doesn't always drink his water and I don't like to waste it, so I want to tilt the bottle back and put it back in. With others, this is simple. With this one, half the water splashes out and goes in the gaps and out the sides and spills all over you. Almost none of it goes back in.2. It leaks! And I'm not talking a small leak. I'm talking - my dog was drinking and the water wasn't going down. I was confused because I wasn't pressing the button. So to test, I tilted it not even fully upside down just to the side, without pushing the button, and water POURED OUT. what is the point of the button then? Just a facade? Since water pours out no matter what when it's on its side. So guess I can't take this anywhere where I'd have to throw it in a backpack. These two things make it kind of useless since they were the 2 reasons I bought it. I already have a bottle that does both those things with ease, but it wasn't stainless steel, and I was hoping to switch to this one for the constantly cold water. Not worth it given these two major cons.

works pretty well

very useful on long walks during hot days. I keep it in the fridge so the water is nice and chilled - we have to take breaks under trees a lot because she's a black dog and the sun gets to be too much. this makes it easy to give her water quickly when needed.only down side is, if it's on its side, the water leaks out - not just a drip, but a light pour. so, as long as you don't let it fall over (like, in the car), or tilt it when giving your pup water, you'll be fine

Appears to be dishwasher safe

I bought this to replace a cheap plastic version that didn't survive 2 cycles through my dishwasher (on the top rack, with drying disabled). I've run this through the dishwasher a few times without any noticeable deformation on the plastic parts and no damage to the powder-coated bottle. It is worth mentioning that the bottle is single walled. So, if you put cold water in there, condensation will collect on the outside and potentially get yourself wet (and might drip on you and the dog while walking). But, the bottle and lid seem to be water tight. Also, I got about a foot of rope and made a lanyard to wrap around my wrist (instead of holding it). This makes it much easier to carry while having a dog leash (and potentially poop bag).

A perfect “Dog Mom” gift!! Tell your dog i said Hi!

I have bought four of these so far, one for me and one for each of my favorite “Dog Moms” and their dogs. It’s a cool little gifty that people LOVE and use ALL the time… a gift under $20 that does all THAT?!?! Perfect!! Consider buying a few and being a person who gives perfect little thoughtful gifts, but get one for you and your dog too! The mouth is wide enough to throw some ice cubes in there and then fill it up with water, so the water stays cool on hot days (pretty sure my GSD would happily slurp warm water when we’re hiking and i might be imagining his preference for cool water, but that’s what i’m going with). Tell your dog I said Hi!

Perfect bottle for doggie walks

I usually try to walk my dog 2 miles a day and in this summer weather, it’s important she has water to drink during the walk. The previous one I had was adequate. It had a strap so I could put it over my shoulder. But during the walk it would slide up and cut into my neck. It had to go.This one is great. Easy to clean, holds enough water for our walks. While I wish it was hands free that is not a problem. The attached portable bowl is quite functional. Worth the cost.UPDATE: I noticed today when I went to use the water bottle that the valve is stuck in partial open. So if the bottle would be laying down or upside down in the car it would leak all over. It does not close probably maybe it never did and I didn’t notice. It is still quite usable and I still recommend it, but I’m gonna knock it down star

Great value for the price. Not double walled. Could leak.

This is a great size and super functional for bringing water with you on a walk or hike. The water stays cool for awhile and while it pours out a bit slow, it doesn’t take too long to fill. I’m giving four stars for two reasons: 1. It’s not a double walled bottle, so it sweats a lot when you put cold water in. 2. It’s fairly easy for the button to get stuck in the depressed position, leading to leaking after you fold up the bottle. The button was actually stuck in the depressed position when it first arrived, and the entire bottle dumped in my backpack before I figured it out. So be sure to check the position of the button to avoid spilling everywhere! Otherwise it’s a very handy and good quality bottle for the price.

Dispense only as needed

My dog had no issues drinking out of the "dish" part and she's a 60 lb pitty. The only thing I didn't like about this system is the unused water does not go back in very well. To get the water back in, you have to tip the bottle with the dish extended, then push the dispensing button. The issue is when the bottle is over 1/2 full, by the time you have the right angle for the water go back in, most of the water dumps over the dish walls. However, the emptier the bottle is, the more unused water is able to go back into the bottle. I found a better method is to just dispense only as much water as my dog could take in so there was hardly any water left in the dish when she was done. The little bit of water has a better chance of going back in, but I can usually tell when she's about done so I stop dispensing and let her lap up whatever is left in the dish. Overall, this bottle is easy to use and small enough for a backpack and big enough to satisfy my pit bull on a long day of walking or hiking.

This is a great bottle

First, I've had a cup style pet water bottle for my 15# cheagle (that's what I lovingly call a Chihuahua beagle mix) that I thought was great. And it was for small dogs. In a fight defending her from a crazy homeless lady, the water bottle got destroyed. This is the replacement and it's an almost perfect water bottle. The water stays cool, it's a really good amount of water, it fits together smoothly and perfectly. The movement is smooth and solid. The only reason it didn't get a full 5 starts is because I really struggle trying to get most of the water to go back into the bottle after she's done. I ever up spiking lots of it. I'm totally sure it's just my not being smarter than the bottle.Where the cup bottle was great for my small dog's muzzle, it wouldn't have worked for Abt medium or large sized dogs. THIS water bottle absolutely will with for all sizes dogs. Well. No. Toy and little yappy-thought-of dogs wouldn't be tall enough to get into the bowl.
